I develop simple solutions to complex design problems for some of the world’s most recognized brands. From UX and UI explorations through Identity Systems and Customer Journeys, I bring thoughtful creative strategy that produces results.
Throughout my career I’ve had the privilege of working agency-side as well as client-side.
As the In-House Creative Director for Wyndham, I have lead projects that transform how our customers interact with our product, both in room and on a daily basis. I have lead the design and front end build of a new booking engine with the main intent of owners planning their vacations happily.
As Interactive Art Director I launched iPads to over 5,000 Sales reps, making iOS Applications that help lead prospects to the conclusion that vacationing with Wyndham is the best and easiest way to travel.
As a Interactive Designer at the fast-growing and even faster moving Hart in Ohio, I led the UX and UI design of a new eCommerce site for La-Z-Boy, bringing a mobile version to life when the era of Blackberries still reigned. I created a B2B online solution for Johnson & Johnson to track and distribute orthopaedic supplies to healthcare professionals. I launched a way for a community to search and find doctors in their ProMedica network. I even built a real-time website tracking system for the Toledo Area Regional Transportation Authority.
None of this would have been possible had I not been introduced to Photoshop and HTML back in high school.
