Club Wyndham

Club Wyndham is the main timeshare product of Wyndham Worldwide and has been around for over 50 years. Over that time, the product evolved greatly, moving from land sales through fixed-week vacation units, to where they are today: a points based currency to be used throughout the world at resort condos.

For these reasons, building a new booking engine wasn’t as easy as your typical hotel. 600,000 Owners need to manage their trips and currency, all while being inspired to take their next vacation.

This was one of my favorite projects to work on at Wyndham. Locked away for days at a time, a small group of product owners, tech team and design team knocked out the UX sitemaps and wireframes. We ended up working 6 sprints to manage the design of each section of the site.

As with any modern digital approach, user experience across all devices would be fundamental to the new website’s success. We designed and built this responsive site so that our customers would be able to get inspired and book their next vacation wherever they are.
